for Suprima, Suprima LC, Suprima IP Decoder, SupriMAX, RoadWarrior, and RoadWarrior LC.
Upgrade your codec to the latest revision software using the upgrade application HeraFlashPlus ver. 3.0.6. (if you have previously downlaoded HeraFlashPlus, please delete it and replace it with version 3.0.6)
- Download HeraFlashPlus3.0.6.exe
(444K) to a folder named "CCS". For the example below, we will use "C:\CCS".
The latest version of Suprima family(Suprima, Suprima LC, IP Decoder, RoadWarrior, and SupriMAX) software is 6.3.3. - Download
SuprimaFamily_v6.3.3.zip
(14.7M) and unzip the contents to the "CCS" folder.

The HeraFlashPlus application allows the user to update the firmware of several Suprimas simultaneously.
Follow these steps to upgrade your Suprima(s) using HeraFlashPlus:
- Start up the HeraFlashPlus application
- Press the Browse button and select the update file. The selection dialog box will only show files with the
extension .hff, representing the permitted update files.
- Once the file has been correctly selected, press Next to go to the devices selection screen
- The selection devices window shows the devices connected to the network that have been
automatically detected. The key refresh allows to repeat the detection process.
The network must support broadcast traffic. If the broadcast traffic is not allowed, the IP addresses must be
introduced manually by writing the IP address of each card in the Device IP box and clicking the Add Device box.
- To select a device that will be updated, enable the check box that is close to its IP address.
- Once all devices has been selected, you will see a warning message telling you that all the contents of
the Flash will be erased and that you must back-up this data BEFORE updating the device.
- If you go ahead, the update process will begin, the Flash will be erased and a
progress bar will tell you more info and will alert you when it is finished.
